Job Summary: The People & Culture Generalist provides HR support to employees, supervisors, and the People & Culture team, with a primary focus on benefits administration. The position supports employees with benefits and leave questions; coordinates enrollments, leave and accommodation requests, workers’ compensation claims, and annual open enrollment; and works with benefit vendors to resolve issues.
The Generalist also conducts initial intake for employee relations matters, prepares HR reports and workforce data, and provides recruitment and onboarding coverage as needed. This position is ideal for an HR professional with benefits experience who is interested in developing across a broader range of HR functions.
Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position requiring two days per week in the office, with the remaining days worked remotely. In-office days and remote-work arrangements may be adjusted based on employee, team, and organizational needs.
